I think one word that would sum up my personal experience with Mr. Steven Cohen representing me, it would be “COMEBACK”. When I was served pretty aggressive divorce papers, I panicked and hired some attorney who claimed he knew what he was doing, which set me up on a really bad foundation. When I realized I was going in a bad direction, I started looking for other attorneys. One lawyer told me to stop crying and another told me I’d need to prove, up front, that I had $30,000 in order to retain him. When a friend mentioned Steven B. Cohen, and we had a consultation, I immediately knew I was in the right hands. Steven Cohen had the knowledge and perseverance to turn my case around with my interests in mind 1000%. He knew my rights and what I was entitled to, but also realistic and he knew when I needed a gentle kick when I felt like I was losing gas and couldn’t go through the process anymore. I don’t think many clients can come out of an icky divorce and consider their attorney as a friend and coach, as well. Divorce and custody battles are scary enough without wondering if you’ve put your life in the hands of someone you can trust. You can trust Steven Cohen. I think it’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, patient and sensitive in this field. I would recommend him over and over again…. 👍🏼❤️👍🏼❤️

I lost my lawyer in my divorce battle. While searching for another I came across Mark. The door I had originally chose put me in peril and made things worse and never filed motions. I luckily was given Mark’s name by a highly respected lawyer in my industry after speaking with him.  We were forced into mediation by the courts, and this is when I realized just how valuable Mark was. He understands all the laws and statutes and understands how important children are. He understood the goal and dedicated a lot of time, which felt like his time was only for my case in the past few months. He was extremely focused on our approach, making skillful chess moves for each situation. My sons are finally in a safer place for now, but he said to me, it is only the beginning of what we will achieve.

Mr. Gabriel was very responsive, issues, questions and concerns were addressed most times within hours. He was very flexible with his availability due to my schedule. He is detail oriented and explained everything in a way I could understand. My divorce was a difficult one and Mark made it as bearable as possible. Highly recommend!
