Defended my case well, even though he was always late to the proceedings. But then when I tried to appeal the outcome ignored my calls and emails. My appeal was eventually heard but that part was sloppily handled. He charges too much for a mediocre performance. If you're going to spend a lot of money on an attorney, look for someone more reputable.

Brian fought above and beyond for me .He is honest and super intelligent. When it comes to trial law , he has no equal. If you get in trouble mr. Neary will level the playing field and get you what’s right. It’s amazing how god put 12 feet of fearless in a 5 foot man.God bless Brian Neary.

Most horrible experience I've ever had with a lawyer. He never and i mean NEVER calls you back, never text you back, and I was left completely blind in my case. I felt I had to do all the work and research on the law and my rights myself. I mean how confident could I even be when i never could get him on phone. Every court appearance he was hours late or would send some junior attorney that was in training, in his place. Only reason I chose to hire him was because of his super lawyer status. He charges $10,000 for doing absolutely nothing. At the end of the case when the judge asked me if i was happy with my representation well he got an ear full!

Awesome lawyer who listened to me and together we were able to achieve every single wish I had desired and deserved. Charged me a reasonable amount as well. Definitely worth every penny. If you are going to spend money on a lawyer you should go for the best, and he is the best. I started out with a public defender who told me I am definitely going to jail with my charges even though I pleaded with her that I am innocent. That public defender was very nice, but Brian is a genius and very humanistic and kind, the perfect combo for a lawyer.

In my domestic violence case which resulted in a self-defense situation, I was in good hands with a team that sprang into action to educate me and to guide me through the process. My ex is a lawyer and spent a lot of time trying to run up fees, but they worked on my side. Now with a Final Restraining Order against my ex-spouse, I know that this is a go-to team to refer to ALL people faced with self-defense or domestic violence issues.

Had an unfortunate incident with some police in Hoboken. They told me to stop. I didn't. Drove slowly by one and he swung and punched my car. So I sped off. Then stopped cause it was too surreal. Before I knew it they charged me with second degree assault on a cop And threw me in Kearney Jail. They said I tried to run over his hand and tacked on about 4 other non criminal charges. I thought my life was over. My wife thankfully found Brian and he fought tooth and nail for me. No criminal record, no points on my DL. Took about 4 months. This guy is the best.

A good reputation is worth more than how much money a lawyer makes. Brian is a good lawyer that is known by word of mouth. A big weight will be lifted off your shoulders when you have Brian as your attorney. You know you are in good hands. He is THE man to go to for a criminal case. Other lawyers just wanted my spouse to take a plea without even putting up a fight. In the end, it was the best result that we got out of the gun case that we wouldn't have got with other lawyers.
