Dealt with Wordhouse and it was a very comfortable experience. Law Office Groups should strive for their potential client to feel comfortable. This group, I feel, surpasses that. The retention may seem a bit dainty and fearsome, however, in the long run their services are at a reasonable price.

Initial consultation was great everything was properly explained everything was listened to in detail great experience would recommend them to any father who needs help !

The onboarding process is very smooth and it is obviously that the intake staff are very kind and patient. The price is a little high but in my experience you get what you pay for.

POSITIVES & NEGATIVES - First the POSITIVES: (This will be quick) (1) The office has a convenient location with parking available. NEXT ... the NEGATIVES (Sadly, too many to list. But, I'll stick with the main disappointments. I was genuinely expecting more from this firm) ... (1) Expect to drop large amounts on Retainers (2) Expect to get Ridiculously Billed for EVERYTHING (Literally). (3) Expect that you will be contacted by EVERYONE on the Staff ... AND ... Billed for nearly EVERY interaction THEY initiate with You ... so they can bill you for nearly (99.9%) every email, call, video interaction, paper filed, etc, etc, etc. (4) Expect to be assigned an Attorney that will 🤞🏼Represent🤞🏼 you ... be Billed for that attorney ... ANNNNNNNND ... be Billed for Attorneys that aren't representing you or even interacting with you. (5) ... Keeping in line with being billed) Expect to be billed for the Clerk who calls you, the Staff member prepping your Paperwork (electronically or otherwise), the Staff member informing you that someone else will be contacting you, and the staff member scheduling interactions with other staff members, so they can bill you for EVERY Staff member they can get you to interact with. (6) Expect to be invoiced 2 times a month, whether or not there are any court appearances, for all of the interactions they initiate during the weeks/month where nothing is happening. (7) Expect to be Invoiced/billed even after you Stop retaining their ✌🏽Services ✌🏽 ... as they initiate other things they can bill you for, even though you clearly stated you no longer want to retain them ... ANNNND ... You've asked for a refund of ANYTHING left from your Retainer(s). It's been OVER 2 months since I requested my retainer balance but have yet to receive anything. They charge You everything immediately, but conveniently cannot refund you your balance. (8) If you fire them and retain a different attorney, Expect them to bill you for contacting your new attorney. Like some of the other poor reviews ... I spent thousands of dollars, being fully transparent with them that I'm not a wealthy man, but I received ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in return for the brief time I retained this firm. There is NO REPLY for them that can either justify the EXCESSIVE Billing, the poor Customer Service, or the disregard for closing the relationship and refunding me monies owed. NOTE: I was initially excited to fund them. I genuinely wanted to work with them and had an initial vision of posting a Positive Review ... but sadly ... not this one. I do NOT recommend this firm to anyone who works hard for their income, who does not have ample savings, or is not mindful of the tricks to get you engaged somehow so they can bill you more. DID I MENTIONED I was billed for Attorneys who were NOT in court or were ever going to be in court beside me? They get a 1/2 Star rating for available parking. 👉🏼BTW👈🏼 ... I won my cases, in a short time, with an Attorney who billed me at half the cost, and only contacted me to inform me we have court on such date.

6k! Monthly retainer balance was used up playing phone tag and email. Simple modification for a change order of custody over 6 months later hasn't been filed as months went by. I am frustrated and originally read wonderful reviews. I feel scammed and nothing has changed in my case. I would not recommend. Still being billed as I wait for a copy of my divorce. Lawyers have to power to charge whatever they want.

I urgently needed a lawyer for a custody matter and they were right there. I received a call from a live person (Marjorie) within 15 minutes, and had a live consultation with Jacob the next day. Five star.
