What an amazing experience we had from start to finish, from the first phone call to the last call. Carrie and associates have really made feel like they care. The only lawyers office I have been to where it actually feels like they care. Again Carrie sincerely made me feel great and was honest, she could have told us we needed to go to trial but didn't for one second try anything fishy or dishonest. Carrie and her team were fantastic and supportive through a very difficult time. Divorce can be a scary proposition for men. The Schultz and Associates team was easy to work with and put all my concerns to rest. They were particularly helpful in protecting my custody schedule and really fought to defend and preserve my relationships with my children. Carrie and her team were a huge comfort during a challenging and stressful time and I would highly recommend them to any father in the same situation.

To be honest I'm leaving a star because I couldn't leave a review with out putting one but this firm doesn't even deserve one..I had a terrible experience with this firm. They charged me $5,800 to fight my child support of 82k plus rears. They told me what I wanted to hear just to take my money and didn't even show up for my court. I am a single mother of 2 and struggling to get by.. I really put my faith in these people and they let me down big time. I had to represent myself in court.. they are thieves that mess with vulnerable people looking for justice!! They only take your money and no show you the day of court and then they give you the runaround. But when it comes to payments they sure look for you. It makes me sad there's lawyers like this out there just to take advantage of people like me..

If I could give these people a negative 5 star, I would. Please don’t waste your money with this place. I spent over 30k with this place and got NOTHING out of it. RUN to another firm. BEWARE. Look at some of these 5 star reviews. They were made by FAKE accounts. Read them and look at the contributions. Please don’t waist your money here. Do not make me embarrass your firm with the horrible service that you offered me by sharing details for everyone to see. I’ll make it very simple for everyone/anyone who’s reading this. If you have any questions in reference to this firm, please feel free to contact me. I will tell you in detail how bad these guys are, and gladly show you the receipts for the over $30k spent in this place. This firm wasted my $ with their ridiculous overhead/staff. (Re-organize. Finally, it’s laughable that you mentioned, that you haven’t represented me since July 2021… That’s because I fired your firm. Maybe its a coincidence or maybe NOT but all the 1 star reviews that your former clients leave your firm all have a similar narrative towards your former clients of “ Sorry you’re confused or delusional about that important and emotional thing in your life but its definitely NOT US, please call so we can talk about it”. Update: I won my multi-state cases and now have custody of all three of my children, but no thanks to this firm.

I recently just moved to USR NJ, and I have never found a Law Firm quite like this. The people at Men's Rights were very professional and patient with me. I ended up reconciling and not completing the process and they were excellent with options I had and fully explained everything I could and should do. The only issue that was remotely negative is that it wasn't clear who my primary point of contact was until about a month in the process. The reality is that because there was a true team working for me, with each of the members of the team responding to me on each issue I faced, having a primary contact was unnecessary. I highly recommend their services.

Thus far the firm has been great. Communication is key for me and the communication is amazing.
