Never anticipated being in a separation and divorce after 12 years of marriage so this was certainly unchartered waters. I found Victoria Tomasella through my own research but also had a strong referral from someone I trusted. Victoria was calm, cool and collected. She was professional and understanding and guided me through the tedious process. The most important element for me was being able to see my son more than the typical 50/50 plan. She was able to negotiate that into the agreement as well as a very favorable financial agreement leaving me with no alimony to pay. Overall she also did a great job of walking me through all the steps and keeping me aware of the process.
