Once I explained my case she stated typically charged $5000 for such cases. But would charge me $3500 apart from the court legal fees. I went ahead provided her $5000 in order for her to have what she needed. After some phone calls and drafting my response with ever getting the finalized version. Or any submission to court of my response. The moment the I decided to changed cancel she bills me showing at that moment that I was my only refund is about 538.00 and that if I course I provide the substitution of lawyer before she files I relief of council I had rush and have my attorney send her the substitution of lawyer....if I was so low on funds my would t you states prior to me terminating the contract if the intent was representing and without the my response being submitted we were out of money....every lawyer that quoted my case was min 2500 the maximum amount ever quoted for a resolution including court appearance was 6500. I would say it would be reasonable 7k to have resolved but without even submitting my response to what was filed
