We hired Jove and his firm for a real estate purchase; he came recommended to us by our agent. Jove and Maria were prompt, professional, and very communicative. For instance, when Jove emails us a letter or agreement, he would summarize the key points and let us know what he thought of them. This was extremely helpful (and in contrast to the lawyers we worked with previously, who would simply email us the agreements without any commentary whatsoever, and we were left to figure it out ourselves and come up with questions to ask him). I would definitely work with Jove and his team again in the future.

I would give Jove and Maria 10 stars if it were an option! They went above and beyond to help us and make our first home purchase a breeze. Highly recommended.

Very happy to with Carmine's services! Went above and beyond for us when selling our previous home and during the purchase of the new one. Not only did he make sure we weren't being forced to pay fees we didn't owe, he went out of his way to save us money where possible. He fought for us against our buyer's attorney who attempted on several occasions to make us pay fees we weren't responsible for, and each time Carmine refused flat out to budge an inch. Will definitely use him again in the future and can't recommend him and his firm enough.

Jove truly deserves all these 5 star reviews. Working with Jove was an extremely pleasant and enjoyable experience. He was exceptionally hard-working and relentless. He was always available by phone, text, email, and in person. He made the closing so easy. His assistant Maria was awesome also. She was organized and professional. Both Maria and Jove were so thorough that it was the reason we were not only able to close, but close in a timely manner, which is so important. I have recently sold more than one property, and I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a harder-working, easier, more knowledgeable or kinder attorney. Closing was so easy that I didn't even have to miss work because Jove allowed me to go to his office after work to sign all the necessary documents. He and Maria handled the closing, and they just wired me the check. If you want to sell your house without a headache, pick the Juzmeski Law Firm. I cannot recommend them enough.

Truly a great experience! Jove and Maria are very responsive and helpful in every way. Jove took the time to make the right recommendations and steps to make sure we are protected during the attorney review process. After having a terrible experience with a real estate attorney from another firm, I switched to Juzmeski Law to represent me as buyer of a single-family home. I cannot express how happy I was with the service I received from Jove and Maria.
