Erlina, like many have described, is just a wonderful, thorough, and professional attorney. Unlike what many attorneys encourage which becomes nothing but a war. You can spend more time and money than you did planning your marriage. Erlina is just the opposite. Giving advice you would not expect from anyone but a close friend or family member. Erlina looks after her clients best interest, giving only the best advice from both a legal, emotional and cost effective perspective. I have been through this process before on my own and with others and it can become very ugly and a huge waste of money. Erlina will not drag out the process, but listens to your concerns, and executes with diligence advising you along the way. The results are a better than expected.

Run, don't walk to hire Erlina. The only reason I didn't get get a divorce several years ago is because the attorneys I found at that time told me it would cost a fortune and it will take forever (forever is a long time). One self-important fellow sitting in his mahogany-paneled office wearing a bespoke Armani suit and a gold Rolex was confused into thinking that I worked for him not the other around. Than I found Erlina and got divorced at a fraction of the cost in less than three months. She is simply the best divorce attorney and a beautiful human being. My only regret is not finding her sooner.

Erlina was definetely a blessing in my life and although I sometimes let my emotions get the best of me, she never deviated from the plan and kept me grounded. When faced with one of the  most difficult times of my life I prayed for a person who would guide me thru the darkness with knowledge and strength , inform me of my entitlements, take control of a heartbreaking event, be able to offer some comfort  along the way and most importantly, be well versed in the law. I hired Erlina Perez to represent me in a difficult divorce involving a custody dispute. During this very difficult time, Erlina was always available to answer my questions and concerns. She would promptly return my calls and answer my emails, even on weekends. She was always available. She fought hard for custody of my son and to get me the appropriate amount of support, despite my Husband's refusal to to negotiate reasonably. She knew the ins and outs of the court and was very knowledgeable regarding the divorce process. Most importantly, she was very compassionate and understanding of the ordeal I was going through. During my experience with Weinberger Law Group, I had the pleasure of working with Erlina Perez. She helped me as i filed to obtain custody of my 6 year son and also obtain child support. I knew it wasn't something i would not be able to handle on my own, and I'm glad i didn't. During my the process of my case, Erlina was always quick to answer any questions i had and was extremely helpful in making me understand every process and what i am entitled to. I never had to wonder what was going on because she always kept me updated. She made me feel comfortable and secure about everything that was going on. When it finally came down to going to the courthouse to finally close my case, the Court had actually made an error. Erlina handled the annulment of my marriage effectively. The adversary tried to drag out the case with untrue claims and intimidation. Erlina focused on the facts and got the case resolved in 6 months in my favour. A lot of people told me annulments were rare and hard to get in New Jersey because it is a "no fault" state. I knew my case did merit an annulment and was relieved to find a lawyer who fought for the same. Weinberger is really good with working over email/phone. I had to make sure I kept my full time job through the case so as to pay my bills. I went to their offices only once and completed the rest of the paperwork/consultation over phone/email which was good.
