"I unfortunately had Alexandra Coglianese appointed as our parent coordinator. She exhibited bias and manipulated facts to fit her own narrative. Her dishonesty led to false statements, some of which she corrected when confronted. She even presented inaccurate information to the judge, some of which she later amended in an email sent at 7 PM the night before the hearing. Whether this was deliberate or due to incompetence, she failed to prioritize my daughter’s best interests by presenting misleading narratives to the court and making false statements and unsolicited recommendations. I had a terrible experience with Alex Coglianese, Esq. as the Guardian ad Litem for my child. Several times, Ms. Coglianese lied directly to the Court in various letters to the Court and to professionals involved in my case. Ms. Coglianese's main interest in the case was always billing for her firm rather than maintaining a relationship between father and daughter. Ms. Coglianese transferred from firm to firm several times during my case resulting in delays and unnecessary billing. Ms. Coglianese presents herself, because of a social work degree, as an expert in child custody but my experience with her suggested that she did not have a basic grasp of child developmental skills.

I used Josh Buckner for my divorce and the regrets I have are vast. Unscruppled, immoral, deceitful and greedy, prolonged the process unnecessarily. He doesn't fight for you, he fights for his billable hours, not for your kids and definetly not for your future economic stability. In the end, there was nothing left to divide just debt on both sides. Disgraceful!
