Maurice listened to our use-case, went over our trust declaration, identified the weak points and made actionable suggestions. He answered all our questions and was super friendly . Mr. Giro set up a Medicaid Asset Protection Trust for my parents, as well as several other estate planning tools. One can imagine how overwhelming and confusing this process can be. Maurice and Denise were very knowledgeable with the Medicaid process. My mother had been placed in a nursing home and the expense was enormous. Maurice met with me and gave me a detailed plan of action. This is a daunting process and is always changing with government guidelines. I highly recommend Maurice to any family that needs legal guidance with elder law, especially the Medicaid nightmare.

I was referred to Maurice as an elder law specialist. My mother was running out of funds and her financials were a shambles. She was bouncing checks right and left. Maurice and his paralegal Denise were able to obtain bank information from Mom that she refused to provide to the family. Just as she was about to get evicted they qualified Mom for Medicaid and dealt with nursing home applications. Thanks to them she is thriving at the best facility in Bergen County!!!
