Melanie went out of her way to assist us in obtaining guardianship of a sick family member. She took extra time out of her busy schedule to carefully explain everything to us and she was very strategic and organized. We are forever grateful to her and would highly recommend her to anyone with Guardianship or Estate matters.

As the Power of Attorney for not one, but two elderly relatives, I hired Melanie Costantino to file their Medicaid applications. Ms. Costantino made this process clear. She provided a list of all the documentation required by Medicaid. The papers were sent online using dropbox so there was no need for constant trips to her office. Timing the application is crucial and Melanie guided all aspects of this by communicating w/the assisted living facility's administration and keeping them apprised of our progress, by developing a strong working relationship w/the bank officers who provided statements and proof of accounts for the five year look-back. Melanie presented all the documentation to the social worker at Medicaid and within 45 days of this meeting, the applications were approved. When my uncle became too ill for the assisted living facility, Melanie helped me find a great placement for him in a nursing home. This was not part of the contract between us, but Melanie was kind enough to personally bring the paper work and financial records to the nursing home and within a matter of days, I was able to transfer my uncle to a very good nursing home where he lives today and is very well cared for. Melanie is organized, conscientiousand a most pleasant person. There was never a stressful interaction during our contact of over a year. I highly recommend her for her expertise, compassion, and for the results she delivered.
