I was very satisfied with Jove's work, mainly in three points. First, he was always available when I need to ask him a question or help. Lawyers are often busy, and it's not easy to meet someone who is available all the time. Second, Jove helped me on negotiating a credit with a seller, and I was able to get the credit I expected. Without his help, I wouldn't be able to get it. Lastly, he put lots of efforts on my closing to be done one time. It was a hustle for me and him to wait for the lender to the last minutes, but it was well done. I would like to work with him again in my future deals.
