I've had the pleasure of working with Andrew Roth on 2 real estate transactions in the past 6 months. Initially me and my fiancee were new to the home buying process and were looking for a lawyer to help us with our first home buying experience. I called about 6 different lawyers, and in the end I wound up choosing Andy. During our first call Andy said something that the other lawyers didn't - that when he is on a case he will always be accessible and will help us through the entire process. Andy did just that - we would send him an email Friday night, weekends, mornings and we would get a response within hours. He was always on time, made me and my fiancee feel like a priority throughout the entire process, and provided solid legal advice. We felt so comfortable and confident with him representing us during our first home buying experience that we decided to use his services to buy a second unit for our parents. The experience with Andy was the very same. We intend on using Andy for all future transactions and I strongly recommend him to all of my family and friends. It was an absolute pleasure for us to write this review about Andy.

I had to deal with very difficult Sellers and I needed the best possible attorney on my team. I found that person in Andrew Roth. He is the gladiator you want in your corner when everything feels hopeless. Despite a personal emergency, he stuck with us until the deal was finished. Andy truly cares about his clients and their best interest. I cannot speak more highly of his work ethic, level of competence, and personable nature. My wife and I recently closed on a home and were lucky enough to be represented by Mr. Giannantonio. As first time home buyers we were nervous and a little naive as to what we should expect. Mr. Giannantonio, was very helpful and informative throughout the process and took the time to respond to our many emails even when he was not in the office. I will recommend Mr. Giannantonio, to anyone buying a home especially if you’re a first time home buyer.

We were looking for a real estate lawyer to purchase a house & found Gary online. We got really lucky. We had the most pleasant experience with him and his firm. He spoke to me whenever I wished to speak with him and answered my emails promptly. I was amazed with his prompt & through emails. The house we were purchasing had water & oil tank issues so we had to communicate with Gary a lot. He is very polite, helpful, makes things easy to understand & trustworthy. At one point when I was anxious on the weekend he even responded to me on the weekend. His office staff was the same, always answer when you call & are also up to date on the situation. We are very happy and recommend Gary & his firm without hesitation.

In the past year, we’ve closed on 7 investment properties with Andy Roth as our attorney, and we have several more in contract. On each and every deal, Andy worked incredibly hard, provided exceptional service, and was truly a trusted partner rather than just an attorney. His knowledge and dedication are unsurpassed, and he is a pleasure to work with. I was surprised to read so many glowing reviews online (even though I agree with all of them), because I thought we were Andy’s only clients! At least that’s how he makes you feel.

I did not even retain Mr. Giannantonio. I simply wanted a legal question answered regarding the enforcement of a judgment/lien. He took the time for 25 minutes (which could have been billable hours) to talk to me about what my options are. He explained everything to me in layman's terms and was cordial and patient with me. I greatly appreciated his time and he even said he would be available to provide me further legal services once I figure out what I wanted to do. I believe Mr. Giannantonio will be going far in the legal world with his knowledge, his patience, his attention to detail and his excellent customer service. Thank you again Giannantonio and Roth.

I received a referral from a close friend to use Giannantonio & Roth for my NYC real estate transactions. I was in a situation where I needed to sell my current apartment to attain the cash for a down payment before I could purchase my new apartment. I was very nervous about the many moving parts and details involved with the transaction (with a coop none the less). I reached out to Andy Roth who patiently walked me through the process of what would happen and the sequence I needed to follow. I really appreciated his willingness and ability to use non-legal jargon to help me understand what was involved. He was also great about keeping me updated with conversations he had with the other lawyers and the coop management office - both whom were on the difficult side to deal with. It turned out that I closed on two apartments on the same day - one in the morning, and the other in the afternoon. The entire process went smoothly (despite my anxiety) since Andy was so well prepared and coordinated (with the bank, building, and other lawyer). While I hope I don't have to go through buying another apartment for a LONG time, I'll definitely use Giannantonio & Roth when I do.
