Unresponsive and dismissive initial communication
“I reached out to Roosevelt Jean via e-mail a year ago seeking representation for a case of police misconduct but did not receive a response. I called him, and we had what one could call an impromptu consultation. Roosevelt said he had a meeting in about 10 minutes or so and told me (not asked) to tell him what happened.”

Domineering and unreasonable behavior
“Who the hell is this jerk to dictate how long it will take me to explain my case to him?? Mind you, this is someone who knows absolute nothing about my legal matter. He assumed as a means to merely overpower the conversation. Who does he think he is?? This attorney is so domineering it's not even funny.”
