I went on their website for a quick inquiry. In seconds after the page loaded a pop up window appeared and offered help. It was a live person (Mr DeMarco I believe) who was helpful, responsive, and very knowledgeable. Time is money, and that response time was enough for me to warrant a 5 star review. Best in the business, I have to say Travis and his firm really go beyond their measures in making sure you get the best results. Being only 22 and going into this DWI situation it was very scary and with speaking to so many lawyers it was unclear. With speaking to Travis he gave me best case scenario and worst case scenario which gave me some reassurance. My case results turned out beyond great with me having a lot of summons and most being dropped. I was able to keep my license under some conditions but no DWI. I can’t thank Travis and his team anymore and FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT LAWYER, THE TORMEY LAW FIRM IS THE WAY TO LOOK!!!!!! I had a very old legal issue still on my record from 18 years ago. Living out of state now I researched a bunch of lawyers in the area. After talking to a few of them this was the only lawyer that didn't spend the first 10 minutes of our conversation selling me on his accolades. He got back to me on the weekend, got right to the point and told me what the next steps are and what I can expect. He came through on everything he said he would do 100%. The girls that answer the phones and get back to me promptly after emailing are extremely sweet and helpful. I would not hesitate on using this law firm again but I don't plan on having to.

I had a slight miscommunication with the staff in reference to a call back I didn't get inquiring about there services but once Travis Tormey found out that there was an issue with receiving my message from his staff he was quick to personally reach out to me via phone and address my concerns. I was so satisfied that I hired them on the spot to deal with my gun permit issue which I truly hope they will rectify for me. I had spoke with 2 other local attorneys about my issue who made things a bit more complicated, harder to understand. Tormey Law firm and their team simplified it for me and explained the process.
