This is by far the best NJ dui lawyer for sure I had a prior dui and I didn't even have to make it trial to get the best outcome even tho I felt confident with tormeys work. He fights for you and works to his full potential. He's not good he's great

Seeking legal representation is a crucial decision that requires trust, competence, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience with Mr. Skiendziul of The Tormey Law Firm was nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, this attorney made sexist remarks and consistently demonstrated poor communication. My experience was marred by a web of deception and unprofessionalism, including at the time of terminating the firm- Mr. Skiendziul lied and filed an undisclosed motion. What he did, caused additional emotional distress throughout my legal journey. To my utter shock and dismay, Mr. Skiendziul along with Mr. Tormey exhibited a blatant disdain for women. In several instances, Mr. Skiendziul openly expressed his hatred towards women, resorting to hurling derogatory and offensive remarks about opposing female lawyer. Such behavior not only undermines the legal profession's integrity but also creates an environment of hostility and discrimination, which then came out in his dishonestly towards his client. Rather than utilizing his professional title to serve my best interests, the attorney shamelessly leveraged it as a means to gain power and exert control over me. His unprofessional behavior demonstrated a clear abuse of authority, as he sought to protect his own wrongdoings and manipulate the dynamics of our attorney-client relationship. This misuse of professional status eroded any remaining confidence I had in his ability to represent me effectively. One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience was the attorney's consistent failure to meet deadlines. Despite setting self-proclaimed deadlines for completing crucial tasks, he never managed to fulfill them. This unprofessional behavior resulted in unnecessary delays and added stress to an already complex legal situation. It became evident that the attorney's lack of time management skills severely compromised the quality of his work. The attorney's work exhibited a disturbing lack of attention to detail and professionalism. His deliverables were riddled with errors and lacked the necessary thoroughness expected from a legal professional. It was clear that he had not invested sufficient time and effort into my case. Furthermore, his lack of preparation before phone calls and meetings was both unproductive and disrespectful. He would blame me for his own unpreparedness! During court proceedings, the attorney's incompetence reached new heights. Instead of standing up for me, he allowed the opposing counsel to relentlessly attack and undermine my position. It was apparent that he was ill-prepared and divided his attention among multiple cases, neglecting the necessary focus/dedication required to effectively represent me. This lack of advocacy left me feeling vulnerable and betrayed, as my case suffered due to his careless and halfhearted approach. On the day of the court hearing, a distressing situation unfolded in the hallway involving my ex's lawyer. Despite the clear disruption and harassment directed towards me, Mr. Skiendziul was unable to handle the situation competently. His inability to address the conflict effectively further exacerbated the already dire circumstances. It was disheartening to witness his careless and inept response, which only served to undermine my case and my confidence in his abilities. After firing Mr. Skiendziul, my new counsel discovered an undisclosed motion filed by him. By withholding information about the undisclosed motion, the attorney infringed upon my fundamental right to object. This blatant disregard for transparency severely compromised my mental state/case. The attorney's actions not only showcased his lack of professionalism, but, also, robbed me of the opportunity to exercise my rights as a client. Overall, this lawyer/firm, fell below the standards of professionalism, between their misogynistic behavior, consistent failure to meet deadlines, lies, and poor quality of work! Don’t ask for the boss Mr. Tormey to help! He will threaten you! He thinks he is a rockstar because of Youtube videos he made. Beware!!

Louis, is an A1+ lawyer! He handled my case with intelligence, care, and respect. I have never been represented by another attorney, that could parallel his trial ability!
