I never thought that I'd do the unthinkable but because of the Covid19 I was given no other choice. Had to find someone whom I can trust, professional and honest. Atty Ginny Fortunato was a god sent. Aside from the 3 things I was looking and expecting from an attorney, she's beyond compassionate and I felt that she's trying harder to resolve my case, very detailed oriented and the price for such amazing service cant be beat. Virginia (Ginny) Fortunato was a beacon of hope to my family at the time when our options seemed very limited. From the onset Ginny allayed my fear and anxieties by her caring professionalism and precise knowledge of what it would take to put my life back together through a Ch 13 Bankruptcy. Ginny was always on top of what the court required and kept me meticulously accountable to what was required of me. Instead of dealing with thousands of dollars to different creditors I had to only deal with making one payment the trustee who was assigned to me by the court. After two and a half years of continuous scheduled payment, this Covd-19 pandemic hit my family harder than ever and put me in a financial hardship once again. Ginny advised me that based on my changed circumstances I was eligible to convert my case from a Ch13 to a Ch7 despite having another two and a half years of Ch13 payment plan left. Ginny once again successfully executed the transaction and got me back on my feet again.
