I had a concise and impressive consultation with Mr. Goldman. I went back to him after a referral didn't work out. Mr. Goldman is professional, diligent and sincere. He possesses excellent knowledge of broad field of laws and has deep insight on legal matters. He took my case in a challenged situation, quickly conducted additional legal research and well argued existing law and new law, thorough and firm. Because of his hard working, a lost case was successfully turned around in a great hand of Mr. Goldman.

Mr. Goldman represented me in a case a few years back. He is a great listener, straightforward, and provided me with info and options to come to a reasonable settlement. He also took the time to share career advice to my then young daughter. Thanks to M. Goldman my daughter is in her 3rd college year, Nursing program in a high-ranking University (top 6 in Nursing) hoping to pursue a career as a Physician Assistance or Nurse Practitioner.

In my opinion , Attorney Evan Goldman should retire. He not effective as an attorney. I wrote to his partners twice (Davis & Gutfleish). After almost 2 years, he wanted me to settle for less than 1/3. The out come was O. I gave him a retainer of $1500.00 and signed his retainer. .What a grave disappointment. ow very dissappointing

Met this lawyer about a year ago. After a very brief dialog about the work - related case presented, he decided to take the case and voluntarily offered his services as pro bono. Since then, there has been very little communication and what was communicated were short brief responses that were of no use at all. After about 3 months, all communication stopped even after many attempts to reach him by phone, email and snail mail. His secretary constantly makes up excuses as to why he is unable to return calls or answer questions. It has been the most frustrating experience ever for our family and now since the case is going cold and the statute of limitations is about to expire, we are forced to quickly retain another attorney in the hopes that there will be some time to retrieve the compensation so justly deserved by our family. Strongly do not recommend this lawyer.

Hired this lawyer to handle my employment related issue based on his supposedly good reputation. From the beginning, Mr. Goldman was an absolute nightmare to deal with. He was unresponsive in communicating and gets defensive when you question him about anything. Could not believe the horrendous attitude he had. He not only did an extremely poor job filing my case, but also did it incorrectly under the wrong statute. After trying to quickly settle for a low ball figure, I decided it was time to go our separate ways. Again, he tried to make this as difficult as possible by bad mouthing me to the new attorney I hired. Luckily, I was able to hire an amazing attorney afterwards who corrected Mr. Goldman's mistakes and helped me settle for an amount that exceeded my expectations. I would strongly advise anyone with an employment related case to not hire this lawyer.
