This team deserves way more than 5 stars. I hardly know where to begin to express my immense gratitude for everyone at the offices of Tomasella and Vacca. Im not sure how to adequately convey my appreciation for this team. This firm genuinely cares about me and my three children. I have been navigating a very difficult and highly contested divorce that dragged on unnecessarily for over two years. Throughout this period, I faced numerous false allegations, multiple restraining orders, and countless trials and hearings. Victoria was there for it all and knew exactly how to handle my case. I couldn't have asked for better representation, its amazing to see someone work so well in their element. Thanks to Victoria Tomasella and her team, I was able to achieve exactly what I wanted from the divorce. Extremely Disappointed with Attorney's I engaged Emily Carstensen two years ago for legal representation, hoping for expert guidance and support through a challenging case. Unfortunately, my experience with Emily Carstensen was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.From the outset, she demonstrated a lack of understanding of my case, leaving me feeling bewildered and uncertain about the legal proceedings. Despite charging exorbitant fees, their incompetence became apparent as they continually failed to grasp the nuances of the situation.Moreover, Emily Carstensen settled on terms without adequately consulting me, resulting in agreements that were unfavorable and against my best interests. Even worse, these settlements continue to haunt me, causing distress and regret to this day.Additionally, the exorbitant fees I was charged were completely unjustified given the lackluster representation and the detrimental outcomes of the case. She failed to provide the level of service that I rightfully expected, leaving me significantly out of pocket and deeply dissatisfied.Overall, my experience with Emily Carstensen was profoundly disappointing and has left me with a lasting sense of frustration and regret. Taking the time to write a thank you to Courtney and team... I just finished a long divorce process, one where I decided to switch firms about 1/4 through the process. As you could imagine, switching firms during a process such as divorce was a risky move. However, from the first conversation I had with Courtney I felt good about the fit and in hindsight it was the right move for me. Thank goodness I did it. Courtney took an approach which gelled with me. I was looking for straight talk, someone empathetic to my situation, but also someone not afraid to advice when I was barking up the wrong tree, not adding logs to the fire. It worked. No one will fight for you for what is right like Tomasella and Vacca ( Victoria Tomasella ) . Victoria Tomasella went over the Top to protect and represent me in a TRO and Divorce matter that I was going threw . Victoria knows even the nuances of family court ,her knowledge is second to none .she Was very straight up and transparent .
