Mr. Garber is no snake oil salesman! The penalties I was facing for a dui charge and some other tickets could have left me without a license for months which would have drastically derailed my life. I obsessively googled (don’t do this) penalties, sentencing guidelines and defenses and thought there was no possible way that I’d be able to drive for the foreseeable future. Nevertheless, Mr. Garber made it possible for me to keep my license and more importantly my peace of mind. I received the minimum penalties for a dui in NJ and the other tickets were tossed saving me a lot of money. Many times he told me he would get the best result possible for my case and it turned out way better than I could have expected. I know he fought hard for this outcome. If you are in trouble and need representation Mr. Garber is the way to go. I find that the prices were also reasonable for the level of dedication applied to my case. Not every lawyer is capable of Garber’s level of diligence and tact. It’s a skill that can’t be taught. Very friendly staff as well.

Mr Garber fought hard for me . He was able to argue the breath test was inaccurate. I was given only 3 months interlock and the min penalties. Steve saved my life legally. I was charged with a DUI (blew a .19) along with a hit and run charge as well as a slew of other charges. I thought my life was over until I hired Mr. Garber. If I hadn't, I could have suffered the possibility of a suspended license for at least 6-12 months and penalties that would turned my life upside down. I’ve been in more trouble than I care to admit, I’ve had plenty of attorneys represent me before. None of them come close to Steve Garber. He will do everything he can to get you the best result possible. I was facing a lot of charges including a DWI, possession, tampering with evidence to name a few. He got it down to reckless driving. Do yourself a favor and hire Mr. Garber. I was facing multiple charges in a DUI case I though would wreck my life, at minimum my license should have been suspended and an interlock device was to be installed on my vehicle totaling in over a year of drama as I registered a .14 BAC. Long story short he was able to get the township’s reading thrown out and judgement was a 90 day interlock device installation, no license suspension. I call that a home run, he answered all my questions promptly and is worth every penny.

I hired Mr. Garber for my nephew for a DUI and multiple charges for having marijuana in the car.
