Steven Garber was my attorney he represented me on a serious charges I was facing I was looking at my license being suspended for years do to my driving record. He had my worst charges dropped which I received the minimum penalties. I was arrested for a DUI on June 27, 2017, after 18 months and $10,000, in January of 2019 I was convicted. On my last court date which was a "special session", the judge an state prosecutor made appearances, that normally were not in their schedule. I arrived at the appointed time, Mr. Garber was 90 minutes to 2 hours late. It was an inconvenience for all involved. The outcome was not a surprise, however showing up 2 hours late was very unprofessional. After the judge's statement, Mr Garber felt it was more important to discuss other clients with the prosecutor than speak to me about my penalties based on the judges decision. After my conviction, Mr. Garber never gave me an explanation of the penalties, discussed my responsibilities, or the duration of my obligations. It is now over 4 and 1/2 years since my original arrest, and Mr. Garber is still unavailable to explain my consequences and obligations to society. Again scheduling a special session, the Judge, the prosecutor and myself were all in attendance, My lawyer was 2 hours late!!!! Were some of my penalties consequences of my Lawyers delay? I paid my lawyer for his expertise. I paid him for my benefit, Instead of explaining the judgement to me, his focus was on discussing future cases with the prosecutor!!!!!!!

Mr Garber made this entire process very easy to deal with he made payment arrangements so I could afford him. he was always available by phone to answer any questions i had And today at my hearing he got all of my charges dismissed!
