I have had multiple consulations with Mr. Avedissian on issues detrimental affecting our organization. On at least 3 occasions he provided us with sound advice, consultation, and rewrites to our organization and did it for us pro bono on 2 occasions and attempted to provide it free the 3rd, but we insisted he charge. Even then he charged us the minimum. Now, we just may need him for some serious representation and despite him trying to NOT take our money, we're gonna hire him anyone. Many attorneys are happy to take your money on frivelous lawsuits... David is not that guy.

I hired David A. Avedissian to help out with a insane claim by my son’s former landlord seeking compensation for unpaid property damages and unpaid utility bills. David told us upfront, that he didn’t usually take on small claims court cases because often the costs exceeded the amount of the claim. Having never been to court and not wanting the landlord to feel he could take advantage of “novice” renters like my son, I asked David to take the case anyway. Throughout the process, David demonstrated outstanding professional competence and was extremely helpful in setting my son at ease, obtaining the facts, and preparing him for trial. After hearing David walking my son through his side of the facts, the trial judge ruled in my sons favor and dismissed the case against him. Justice served! After reviewing a final bill for David’s services, I was quite surprised. While David’s hourly rate was high (but competitive) he charged what I believed to be minimal hours for the time he spent. David total cost was less than a third of what the former landlord sought in damages. Needless to say, I was quite pleased. I would hire David again and would recommend him to represent any one facing similar charges.

I came across Mr. Avedissian via a referral from another attorney. Upon meeting with David for the first time, I decided to retain him because was personable, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I was not disappointed. He took on my case not expecting it to get as complicated as it turned out to be. However, he stuck it out and advocated for me passionately. He went above and beyond for me while still being very affordable. I can vouch for him any day. David knows what he’s doing and he will stay the course with you. Additionally, his legal research and writing skills are very impressive. He was approachable and available during the time he was representing me. I appreciate his efforts and will definitely recommend him to others. Another thing I noticed was that the other party’s attorney showed David a great deal of respect - I believe this is a testament to his humility and aptitude.

A friend of mine recommended David to me. David is the most caring, down to earth attorney you will ever meet. He handles my companies collections and he has helped me with everything from my will to business contracts. His staff is pleasant and helpful. David always informs me of all my options, explains things in terms I can understand, and always has my personal welfare in mind. I will never hire another lawyer as long as David can handle what I throw at him. I love this guy!

Mr. Avedissian is very knowledgeable and has a great "bed side manner". He is one of the few laywers I have ever met who has not lost the ability to sympathize with the client and understands the difficult time they are going through. Thank you, David for all your help.

This was a property matter that involved a transfer of ownership, the creation of a new legal entity, and the creation of a lease agreement. Mr. Avedissian was very responsive in getting all the matters resolved in a prompt and cost effective manner. I was extremely pleased with his handling of my situation especially since we were a bit pressed for time to get everything done. He did an outstanding job!

Mr Avedissian was supposed to handle a simple civil matter. A conflict of interest existed from day one..an attorney is supposed to back out of a case if a conflict exists...They are not supposed to take money and give the client a bunch of lies. My new lawyer and I have folders full of proof of the way the case was mishandled!

Mr. Avedissian handled my mom's car accident. She wasn't even going to seek damages but she was hurt and had missed work, so I talked her into it. She just wanted it all to go away. Mr. Avedissian really held her hand through the whole thing and the settlement was more than we expected. You can tell that he is busy but it never took more than a few hours to get a call back and emails were quick. I hope I never get into an accident but I would definitely use him if I did.

Hired Mr Avedissian to handle a civil matter. My case was seriously hurt because Mr. Avedissian had discussed my case with the opposition without my consent...I confronted Mr Avedissian and he never denied my allegations. He just became irate and refused to answer a simple question... It seems this lawyer was interested in money only....Is not personable and is poor with follow up calls, and communications.

David handled a lawsuit in my interest and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I recommend this attorney to others and would hire him again should I require an attorney in the future.

David handled a matter for me involving a collection matter. He was very informative and received a substantial award in my favor. I would hire David again if I need an attorney in the future.

Was unhappy with Mr Avedissian's services. Would not recommend this attorney. I found the lawyer to be untruthful on a regular basis, became angry when I requested ledgers and an update on my case and information was obtained that Mr. Avedissian discussed my case with third parties. Also, paperwork that I requested was never completed and I was send a ledger with work listed that was "never done. I feel that I was misrepreseted and I was forced to discontinue Avedissian's services.
