Mr. Avedissian handled a family matter for me two years ago. I was unhappy with my original attorney and through a friend I learned of Mr. Avedissian. Choosing Mr. Avedissian to represent me was a wise decision. He answered any questions that I had throughout the case and would contact me any time new information was available. I felt confident of the direction and was satisfied conclusion of my case. I have since recommended David to numerous friends and family.

Mr. Avedissian assisted myself in a business and asset purchase agreement. The entire process was flawless and on-par with the service one would expect at any premium firm. I was kept well informed during the lengthy contract negotiations and was always granted access to my file's information and any updates in the process. During the later phases of the contract, Mr. Avedissian relentlessly pursued my interests and ensured that I was pleased with the result prior to settlement.

I would not recommend this attorney. An attorney is supposed to look out for the better interest of their client. The attorney was unresponsive, evasive, and untruthful on numerous occasions. Seemed that he was only interested in the money aspect (getting paid) and did little to nothing to prove my case. I believe that ethics may have been breached and that is unacceptable. Proof exists that I was lied to on more than one occasion. The Board of Ethics is interested in hearing about situations such as this.
