I live in FL and had to take care of an expungement in NJ. Ken was very responsive and filed right away .He may the process simple and quick ! I never had to go to NJ at any point. Any time I wanted to check in or hard any questions he responded promptly . I was expecting a minimum of a year before it was resolved and to my surprise received the approval after 7months. Thank you Ken !! Would highly recommend his office .

The first attorney I called was an answering machine telling me to leave a message and they would respond within 24 to 48 hours. I called Ken's number next and was pleasantly surprised when Ken answered the phone himself. He spent the next 45 minutes listening to what happened and why I was charged and he then laid out exactly why I should not have been charged and how he was going to get the charges against me dropped and expunged from my record. I met Ken once in his office and after that we were able to effectively handle all matters by text or by phone call. I never waited more then a few minutes for Ken to personally respond to any question I posed. If you hire Ken you are dealing directly with him the whole time. You are not pushed off on another attorney or to an office assistant to manage your case. Ultimately through Ken's efforts all charges were dropped with the rapid exspungment just as he predicted! Ken Aita is a true professional and has earned my trust. I would not hesitate to hire him again if needed!

Ken is the only attorney I would recommend. Ken was straight to the point, he told me a price and that it may take up to year for it to clear. Within 8 months he delivered me my expungement.
