My experience with Ken was nothing but professional. I was referred to him by a close friend and couldn’t be happier with the recommendation to retain him for an expungement of a charge I had from 2013. I reached out February 2024 via txt and all I had to send was my name and DOB. Ken reached out the same day with a very clear plan and next steps. Originally thought it could take up to a year to clear me of charges due to waiting on the state but 3.5 months later I am officially expunged! Robert E De Persia is a top-notch lawyer in the city. I was charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and an Accident in November of 2023, which is a first offense in America. As an international student, I was very apprehensive. When I first met Robert DePersia in his office, he gave me the assurance that he would get me out.
