Absolutely wonderful experience with Richard Swartz! I had 6 attorneys before him and he and the "Swartz-Swidler Firm" were the only ones to explain and help me with the appropriate documentation aswell as a strategy, all free of charge so I can help myself defend my rights accordingly. I had a few questions about the way to approach some wages that were being held by a previous employer. I asked around for a month or so. I got many automated replies, and good luck emails. Richard Swartz was the only one who personally called me. He took time out of his day to discuss some of the nuance of the Wage and Labor Laws in Pennsylvania. He didn't ask me for any retainer fees and was simply there to help another person in need. This speaks volumes for his character.
