Richard admitted that he was unable to assist me with the New Jersey Warn Act in which I had to literally read to him. He said he's confident that other attorneys are unfamiliar with the Act as well. As an Employment Attorney I found him to not be useful. Lastly, in an email he sent to me he spelled my name incorrectly....

I've been living in GA for over a decade, but grew up in PA.
