Wow where do I start? From day one. Always professional, respectful and caring. Everytime I called they were there an answered in a timely manner. I was never in the dark about the process an I felt in control of each step. I can't speak highly enough about the attorneys at this firm. Chris Wiedman an Robert Bratman made this the best experience I can ask for. Even the secretary's Michelle and Mickey were stellar. They made a uncomfortable situation pleasurable considering the circumstances. I've recommended my brother an sister in law to them an would tell anyone to at lease visit there office. Chinsu Shajan,Laurel Robbins,Domenic B. Sanginiti Jr. handled my case throughly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Both Chinsu, and Laurel used every form of contact be it phone,email and text to get my opinion and or decision on every part of the case. Chinsu was honest and gave realistic outcomes to all parts of the case which I greatly appreciated. Chinsu, and Laurel both took the time to explain every part in detail about my case and answered all my questions. Which is a plus because I asked a lot of questions. They were understanding when I was confused and helped me take decisions when I was not sure what to do. Both Chinsu , and Laurel Made sure I was prepared for any upcoming tasks or items that need to be prepared. They were very accommodating to my busy schedule. Chinsu, Laurel, and Domenic handled everything for me. literally everything. I did not need to call or follow up on anything. They did it all for me and all I had to do was ask and they took care of it. This was my first experience with a Law firm and my first experience with them handling a case for me.
