Very disappointed with this firm. Use nurses as experts. 1.5 years working on case. Then nothing , too complicated for them they need doctor lawyers on board. Very disorganized and couldn’t obtain records I had to get everything myself. You don’t know who theses so called experts are ! A shame

Zero stars if I could. I’d never work with them ever again!! Go to Morgan&Morgan. I had a case dealing with a hospital and emergency surgery. I was in my 6th week of my pregnancy and went to the ER with cramps among a few other serious symptoms. The nurse said it was a 9 hour wait and they probably couldn’t do much for me anyway. I went home. The next morning at 5:30am I went back to the ER (with my triage bracelet still on from the night before) with unbearable pain where I couldn’t even walk. I was left in the waiting room crying, hunched over in a wheelchair for 4 hours before I received an ultrasound. Turns out my fallopian tube ruptured from an ectopic pregnancy. I was literally bleeding internally and in excruciating pain. I finally was prep for surgery 2.5 hours after that (grand total of 8 hours) still all the while in pain. I contacted Stark&Stark and they didn’t seem remorseful at all and told me I had no case. They made me feel like I didn’t matter and was unimportant. To top it off, the woman said they have an excuse with the COVID patients and then pushed her views on me about the vaccine. This made me feel very uncomfortable and it was very unprofessional. Don’t use them. I then called Morgan&Morgan and they were so much kinder and explained things more throughly as to why I didn’t have a case. Overall Morgan&Morgan made me feel like I mattered. Screw Stark&Stark they’ll only give you time and treat you with care if they feel you’ll earn them money.

Terrible representation, not punctuation, did not advice of laws thoroughly. Misconstrued what I said which led to bad representation. I was not represented personally but I have witnessed Mrs.Millner of Stark and Stark’s poor practices non the less.
