I had the amazing fortune to fall into the care of Robert Bratman after I was struck from behind, my car totaled, serious medical issues and pain post-accident. I was extremely pleased with my attorney, Denise Mariani. She has an extensive background in Nursing Home negligence. I was proud of her leadership, exceptional representation and making sure the nursing home my mother was in, was held accountable for all her falls and the injuries that resulted in her death. Denise Mariani also has a knowledgeable team of medical experts that include RN’s and doctors that review medical documents. Her paralegal team is professional and prompt as well as being able to explain things in an understandable way. While the process of a law suit can be emotional and detailed, Denise always made herself available to talk things through. I am eternally grateful for her legal support, advice, high standards and ability to be an advocate for my deceased mother and me.

Bhaveen R. Jani, was an excellent source of help for my mom who was struggling with constant medical visits and bill after someone his her car. He was very good at explaining things to my mom.
