Ms Scardella did an incredible job in helping me with a traffic matter. Her client services, particularly her communication, were top notch. Lauren came highly recommended from an attorney I know who is now a judge and could no longer represent me. Wow! She was terrific right from the beginning calming my fears after I had just received my 4th summons for driving while on my cell phone. I was truly panicked at the very real possibility of losing my license for at least 1 month. Lauren provided a good solution when she suggested I attend the AAA Safe Driver Program. This greatly helped when we went in front of the judge because it showed I was very sincere in changing my bad driving habit. Plus, I presented a receipt for a new blue tooth. Also, Lauren suggested I could speak honestly from the heart to the judge about how and why I have changed. It did the trick and I didn't lose my license.
