Very professional and helpful! In April, Mr. Boltik helped me to resolve my case that was supposed to suspend my driver’s license. Louis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in my case. Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have the same experience as all others did in the positive reviews. Recently bought a home and our mortgage rep just said to hire someone who would actually pick up the phone. Sadly, that was the issue. This housing market alone is crazy, and not receiving a timely response from our attorney was not helpful at all, it was more frustrating than it needed to be. I understand times may be busy but he should have respectfully declined us as clients if he was spreading himself too thin.

Mr Louis was such a great lawyer for the sell of our condo...which was under the Affordable Housing Act...it was a difficult time with all that had to be done...and he stood by me and helped me get through it....he took time out to make sure I understood everything that was happening....it was a very hard process but he stood by me...even though it took a long time for us to finally close....he made sure I got what I deserved...if you are going through an Affordable Housing Act either selling or buying he the lawyer for you...Thank you Mr Louis for all you've done for us...Christine and Brian Papp
