Patrick Lacsina represented me in the sale of a 5 unit apartment building. This law firm represented the person who I brought my first home from. I am still waiting for them to release my Escrow Payment and I closed on my home this past August. The seller they represented was horrible and there business practices match that type of person exactly. They are hanging onto money that was ordered to be released. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this firm.
