Arthur took on a tough case with my wife and saw it through many years of preparation, stalling by the other side, and difficult obstacles. Arthur was always personable, respectful, caring and professional. I was particularly impressed with his knowledge of the process and his straightforward advice. He's been doing this for some time and has not only good lawyerly instincts but hard earned wisdom. In the trial phase it was clear how thoroughly Arthur had prepared. Frankly, it showed the opposition's lawyer in a bad light. He won the judge and jury's respect and made our case convincingly. As a testament to his impact, the City of New York made safety changes to our neighborhood park soon after the case was decided. There was a lot of effort put into this case and it was rewarding to see that our claim was taken seriously. A dangerous fence was removed from a sledding hill and bales of hay were installed this winter to protect the users of the park. Our park is safer now, and hopefully no one has to suffer again in the way my wife did thanks to his persuasive argument and the chance he took on our case. I recommend Arthur wholeheartedly.

Our history and an update review: 2017 Mr.Jim Lynch personally handled a 2004 Malpractice case for me, A Malpractice case which had an outstanding outcome in 2010. We found Lynch Lynch Held Rosenburg using a search engine on the internet; this could have either been disastrous or excellent and I'm pleased to say that the service we experienced here was very good indeed.
