Outstanding experience from start to finish! I can not believe how well my Attorney Jack Bingham from Lynch Law Firm handled my case, from start to finish with his partner on the case Brian Held. They recovered 300% more than I expected or was told I would by other lawyers! Even after my case was settled they worked feverishly to negotiate my medical bills to get me more money even though that had no bearing on the amount the law firm received, only I benefited. Dini from accounting took the time to go over all of my bills with me and continued to negotiate even after I agreed to settle. I slipped on a floor in my building and was hesitant to even contact an attorney but a friend told me about them and said they were good. That's an understatement. I didn't even miss any work and I still recovered a very healthy amount actually three times more than I anticipated. There was a paralegal assigned to my case his name was Aaron and between my attornies Jack and Brian and Aaron there was never a time I couldn't get in touch with someone. I had been in an accident in the past and the injury was worse and I didn't get the kind of service and results as I did with Lynch Law Firm. I had the pleasure of working with Jack Bingham on a case. From the day I met him, I was assured that this is somebody who is not only a professional but also trustworthy and reliable. He certainly would be someone that I think of if a situation occurred. One day, I was blind sided in a car accident. After being taken to the hospital, my instincts immediately told me to call Jack. As I sat in a wheelchair, distressed, he walked me through the process and I had never felt so taken care of. When we opened the case, he'd call me regularly to check on me, educate me on the process and give me guidance for the next steps. They collect highly personal information. They take a week to call you. Just for a phone consultation. The attorney Steve is very rude.You can have a valid case. But he is busy asking you personal questions. That have nothing to do with your case. Instead of talking about facts of the case. He hangs up and hides behind the phone. This is how he does business. Because he could care less about you.
