In December 2022, I was driving home on my way to my friends toddler‘s birthday party, and the next thing I knew my world was turned upside down. I was struck by a hit-and-run driver spun out and then hit by another vehicle and my car was totaled. I didn’t realize how injured I was until a few minutes later when I was taken by ambulance to a trauma center, and then rushed into the operating room for serious bleeding internally. What followed was months and months of physical therapy, months off of work as a paramedic, horrific chronic pain from the accident, all while logistically trying to deal with the constant phone calls from the insurance companies. Thankfully, I had the thought that I might need an attorney so I reached out in a group chat and a friend of a friend told me about Paul Agrapidis. Paul was there the next day to visit me in the hospital and start the paperwork. He fought and advocated for me diligently with the insurance companies, their attorneys, the body shop, and even was looking and found me a pain management practice and an orthopedic doctor that would help me without charging me overages and just taking the insurance. Almost 2 years later, it’s finally over. Paul never stopped fighting and never stopped trying to get me what I deserved for all of the pain and suffering I went through and all of the pain I will continue to go through unfortunately. Satisfied doesn’t exactly begin to describe how I feel about my encounter with Paul Agrapidis. He stayed in constant contact with me and handled everything I wasn’t able to do so I could concentrate on getting back to work and physically getting better. I’ve never needed an attorney for anything before, and this first interaction with a lawyer that I needed was nothing short of fantastic. This is my second time dealing with this particular law firm and they didn't disappoint, of course I didn't expect them to either. In these times of uncertainty, when everything is sky high, from clothing to food to gas, trust is vital. Let's face it, lawyer and trust aren't two words that are usually in the same sentence. However, I can tell you from experience over a fifteen year period and two cases later I have had the most wonderful association with this law firm. I was always kept abreast of what was going on, and I could call anytime I had questions. I could even leave a message and would always get a call back. The staff, very professional, and quite kind as well as efficient. I personally dealt with Paul Agripidus, and his Father, in my case years before, and I must say both are extraordinary lawyers in my book. My opinion, you can't go wrong with these guys! Bertone is deceitful and unbelievably lazy. In four years she has produced no results processing a Will which she herself describes as, "a simple, uncomplicated case involving a small amount of assets". Impending disciplinary procedures regarding multiple grievances for malfeasance will expose her collusion with opposing counsel to defraud her clients. In violation of even minimal professional standards Bertone refuses to set a fee. Her clients have no idea what amount she intends to extract for the years of disservice, expense and delay she has imposed. Their only estimate is Bertone's indication that the share of the inheritance she'll take for herself will be more than the intended beneficiaries will receive. In the past fifty years I've worked with dozens of attorneys in five different US states as well as three foreign countries. Bertone stands out as the most useless and ineffective lawyer I've had the misfortune to encounter. Her glaring incompetence, dishonesty and lack of interpersonal skills are the foundation of her predatory approach and parasitic practice of law.
