Mr. Gaechter is not just a good lawyer but a great person as well. We had a very good experience dealing with him and his staff. He is very professional attentive and very knowledgeable. He explained the process and walked us through it and the outcome was exactly as he explained. His staff is also great and caring. I really highly recommend Mr. Gaechter, and in my opinion he is the best social security attorney around.

I cannot sing Arthur Lynch's praises highly enough. He was referred to me by a friend's attorney husband at a time when I was badly injured , having been struck by a van, and did not where to turn. Nor was I very sophisticated in terms of these kinds of suits. Arthur explained to me the process: that they would have to collect all kinds of medical and witness reports and information on liens on any settlement. He discussed with me the pros and cons of a trial vs. a settlement. He always took my calls and explained where things stood at any given time, as the defendant dragged their feet. He was patient with me and the case -- a major necessity in times of Covid which dragged the case out to almost four years. He gave me confidence was I was anxious about the deposition. Arthur's strategy was well defined. He understood how far we might be able to go without going to trial, knowing that a date might have to be set in order for a settlement to occur. Most important, when he learned, at a later stage, that the defendant company had additional insurance above the $1,000,000 that they told him about, Arthur set his sights higher. He was clearly an experienced negotiator --asking for a lot but knowing what was realistic -- and secured a much higher award than was expected. I was stunned, and pleased!
