I was referred to Jeffrey Gale years ago by by my father and I have been using them ever since! I cant say enough good things. I worked with Jeff 5-6 years ago to close on my house and he also helped me with changing my grandmothers house into my name when she passed and I inherited it. He was amazing! Very knowledgeable and extremely TRUTHFUL. I have been to lawyers who just scam you and then charge an arm and a leg! Now I'm in the process of renting my newly inherited house and I had the pleasure of working with Jordan. I was nervous at first with Jordan being younger I though maybe he wasn't as knowledgeable as his father Jeff but I couldn't have been more WRONG! Jordan was just as AWESOME! I met with possible tenants on a Sunday and needed the lease reviewed by one of the Gales and an addendum written ASAP! Short notice of course! Meanwhile Jordan was sick but he stayed at work reviewed my lease and had the addendum to me first thing in the morning. Great customer service! He was very knowledgeable on real estate law, leases, and tenant/landlord laws. He answered all my questions, and I had a ton, because this is my first time being a landlord. He advised me on certain laws of leasing/renting I was not aware of and he wrote me up an awesome addendum that covered all my concerns! I never take the time to sit and write reviews but I thought it was necessary in this case. If you want truthful, knowledgeable, and helpful lawyers go to the Gales!
