I hired Barry because a creditor took action to garnish my wages for an old debt. The creditor had sued me in another state using an old address so I was unaware of this until the garnishment notification. Barry negotiated a debt of $17K down to $4K and got the creditor to stop pursuing action against me in both states. We communicated via email and phone calls and he was great to work with. I never felt I was getting a lesser experience because I didn't meet with him in person. Barry's super smart and a really good communicator. Great lawyer!

My house was in foreclosure for a second time with the same bank and I didn't have much hope in getting a loan modification. Berry took me out of a DUI/DWI...yepp!!! u heard it right, with out any suspention of my license just a careless with 2 lousy points loll but it did took us good 8-10 months from Dec 12 2015 to oct 20th 2016.
