Alison helped us buy a home in October 2019 and I would without a doubt recommend her to anyone. I remember asking Alison upfront before we hired her if she could handle high maintenance first time home buyers and she enthusiastically said she'd be happy to work with us. We were completely uneducated about the home buying process and she walked us through every step of the way with ease. Early on in the process we chose a day that we wanted to close. Every single person we know who has ever purchased a house told us that the date would get pushed, but thanks to Alison's hard work we closed on time. Thank you Alison, you're the best!

We’ve used Alison twice now, once to purchase our home and 5 years later to sell our home. Both experiences with her were positive - she was always reachable, guided us expertly through contract negotiations and was incredibly personable and easy to work with.

If I could give her zero stars I would do it.. We got no support from her. Called me once and ignored my emails.. She assumes that you are an expert and therefore she doesn't bother providing any guidance.

Practicing, and I literally mean she is 'practicing', law seems to be a side job for this person. If you expect to receive any information related to your transaction it will be considered an intrusion and inconvenience to her. I would not even reward this person with one star but google seems to require this as a minimum to post. If you require incomplete and irresponsible representation this is the attorney for you !

She is the seller's attorney in my case. Not reachable and very slow responses. Delayed the attorney reviews and missed the closing date. I won't hire such an attorney.

This is the 2nd time that we have used Alison. My wife and I have been traveling so needed her to handle all of our affairs related to the closing. She was quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. Since we were away we authorized her to close and act as POA on our behalf. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend her.

provided no guidance and not accessible. Real estate deal feel through largely due to no representation and still charged $2k which is generally not the case for RE deals that did not complete. Also, the property was supposed to be 2 blocks from her house so she doesn't necessarily care about perception to the neighborhood

Alison recently represented me in both a sale and a purchase. Both transactions included some contentious issues. Alison worked diligently to get through these, pursuing resolution and keeping me updated. I found her to be extremely responsive and helpful, providing advice and moral support throughout! I highly recommend her!

Alison Borelli is obnoxious and condescending..she doesn't "counsel" you like a lawyer should i.e. Helping their clients. She rushes you and you can't get any of your questions answered and the next thing you know she is insulting you. I had the worse experience with her when we closed my house back in 2015 and today an issue came up with the closing and she is still a nightmare.
