Due to the pandemic our mortgage went into forbearance while we juggled stressed incomes, a lost job and health care costs. He was very knowledgeable regarding our options and offered to help us apply for a loan modification with Kimberly Protocollo taking the lead on our application. Kimberly made sure our loan administrator and bank knew we had professionals supporting us who understood the nuances of the bank application and process. She clearly outlined the necessary documents we needed to provide, set deadlines and made sure everything was complete. She was easy to talk to regarding our questions and concerns and she let us know when the application was received, when we could expect a response and checked in on processing, relieving us of an incredible amount of stress.
