I contacted Fazzio law offices about some legal matters I had it was nice to have an attorney call me back with the next business day well before the 24hr mark . They were attentive understanding and a joy to work with I felt like I was a part of a well oiled machine a Swiss army watch so to speak I was able to make payments with there easy payment plan instead of tens of thousands of dollars down on retainer I highly recommend them to be your voice and they will use every tool that they have in there arsenal thank you for your amazing work signed a very happy client. John Fazzio and his team gave us hope when we went to them with questions about applying for a loan modification. Due to the pandemic our mortgage went into forbearance while we juggled stressed incomes, a lost job and health care costs. In February of this year we decided we needed to get back to making payments, if we could afford it, so we called Mr. Fazzio for advice. He was very knowledgeable regarding our options and offered to help us apply for a loan modification with Kimberly Protocollo taking the lead on our application. Kimberly made sure our loan administrator and bank knew we had professionals supporting us who understood the nuances of the bank application and process. She clearly outlined the necessary documents we needed to provide, set deadlines and made sure everything was complete. She was easy to talk to regarding our questions and concerns and she let us know when the application was received, when we could expect a response and checked in on processing, relieving us of an incredible amount of stress. We could hardly believe it last week when our mortgage company (within a month of submitting our application) offered us an adjusted interest rate that we gladly accepted. John saved me $135,000 in addition to saving my home with a modification after I’d been behind for 6-years. He got me a 20-year non-interest bearing balloon and a $2,300 payment on a loan that was up to about $500,000 but was reduced down to about $365,000. You should definitely call John about any foreclosure or financial problem. He helped me and my family save our home and get peace of mind and we felt like the result was fair given everything we’d been through with our foreclosure. John was my last call before giving up and I am glad I picked up the phone!

I am very disappointing in their services. I paid for the service I didn't get. Especially Caitlin Gibbons promised to get back to me with the case it was started and not finished and she never did for several months. I am still waiting for her phone call. I wouldn't recommend this place. It cost me so much and was not resolved. had to go to somebody else.

Where do I begin? I guess by saying "expect the unexpected" from this group. After 27 years of Banking in NYC working with tier one firms I was rather hesitant to engage a new relationship with a smaller lesser know firm. However, I needed anonymity, convenience, a personal touch and for the first time in my life I was on a budget. After interviewing approximately 10 firms with expertise in IRS/TAX and Foreclosure issues, it was clearly obvious that the Fazzio team was my team. Yes I was concerned about their size and ages.... But they proved out. Better then I could have ever expected. They literally saved my home, my marriage, my business and my sanity. I could never thank them enough. I will refer them blindly heretofore. Why? Five immediate reasons come to mind: 1. They appeared capable, professional, hungry and aggressive. 2. They were able to prioritize and personalize there efforts to attend to my issues and needs. (Each person joined this group because they had a personal experiences in the categories.) 3. Costs. We were able to structure a fair financial approach vs. what a larger more expensive Firm would have been able to do. 4. From my first phone call and follow up interview they were hands down the most honest and direct in their answers and I was pleasantly surprised they had the most experience in this area. 5. I was able to work intimately with the key executives of the firm who had sincere passions in the tax and foreclosure arenas due to their PERSONAL experiences. AKA. They could truly relate. But it is an earnest review and the Fazzio team truly exceeded all my expectations. Cost, speed, professionalism. outcome and a pleasure to work with. They were able to communicate to the tax people my horrific 3 year struggle and successfully negotiated a fair outcome for my family and I. Thus enabling us time rebuild which yielded us "peace of mind" for the first time in our daily lives. Better then what I could have ever hoped for. During my 2011 - 2014 personal crisis not only did we spend our savings in our PRIOR law suit, we also lost our income for a few years. It was in understanding that, that the Fazzio team stepped in and negotiated with our banks thus enabling us a way to maintain our home as we regather our business and time allows some private assets to mature.
