Can’t say enough about my experience with John. He was extremely efficient, thorough and worked diligently to help me reach the finish line. Most importantly it was clear he wasn’t just going through the motions, but really cared. I highly recommend him.

Brian is very bright, forceful and decisive. He also has a secret weapon, Rosa, on staff. He’s a very busy lawyer, and I asked at the onset that I always receive at least an ‘ack’ to my questions, and receipts of anything I sent. Rosa filled that role perfectly. They handled my purchase and closing, without ever meeting (this is the Pandemic) until the day of closing. This was never an issue. He always answers his email, which is a blessing for someone like me. I’m someone with lots of questions, which may be a bit onerous for such a busy man, but he handled that too. Bottom line - I got my new home with all the i’s dotted and t’s crossed. He gave an excellent explanation and comprehensive view of all of the ‘next steps’, and I’m now a new property owner.

Our experience with them was consistent every time …thorough, responsive and truly focused on our best interest. Many lawyers in these situations can be transactional. Not these folks! They know how to deal with any challenges along and adjust their approach as it suits the situation. A good grounding and strong experience in the market is a huge plus. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with this office. The assistants doesn’t really care about what’s going on with your case, and sometimes provides information that contradicts with what Brian says. Instead of keeping me informed, I had to attain every piece of information from the employees, call and email them to get updates. Finally, it was easier for me to directly call the city agency, instead of waiting for news from this office. I’m upset with their formal approach, literally feel my time was stolen because of this team’s negligence. On the other hand- Brian showed himself very helpful and professional during our personal meeting. Don’t know why this attitude couldn’t be applied throughout the whole process.
