I had passed his office for years, and then I used Brian. We had a very smooth closing, and did not need to return to Hoboken. Brian and his staff were very easy to deal with.

My husband and I are first time homebuyers and Brian was a great choice to help walk us through one of the most complicated and stressful things we have ever done. Most of the communication with Brian is through Rosa and she was very prompt with responses over email. They were very great at advocating for our requests with the sellers attorney and worked well with our loan officer. We unfortunately closed during the difficult circumstances of the COVID situation. Brian and Rosa made it work with appropriate measures to keep us safe while also making sure our closing wasn't delayed. Overall We would recommend Kappock law.

Brian and his team did a great job navigating our closing process. It definitely had some unusual circumstances arise in the 11th hour, but Brian handled it in stride, explained all possibilities to my wife and I, and helped us complete our closing when we were traveling over seas. I'd highly suggest Brian for any of your legal real estate needs.

I found Brian's name via google reviews and reached out via email. Brian called me back the same day and spoke with me at length about the process (this was our first NJ sale). Unfortunately that offer fell through on the buyer's end, but when the next offer came, Brian got us through the attorney review quick and easy. Both Brian and Rosa were excellent at communicating throughout the process and explaining how everything works. When our home finally sold, Rosa was able to wire us the money direct to our bank so we didn't have to wait for a paper check. If you need a real estate attorney, I couldn't recommend Brian and his team more highly.
