Mr. Luttrell was extremely helpful. I am experiencing a very stressful legal situation. He was very patient and took the time to consult with me.

So I was looking for a landlord tenant lawyer on Google and came across this law office so I called and the receptionist was very nice. I was scared because I was about to lose my house due to certain circumstances in my life so i fell behind in rent so when I finally spoke to Mr Lawrence he was so pleasant and straight to the point was very understanding and compassionate about what I was going threw he gave me a few ways that I could keep my house and not be evicted and I was in tears I was very happy he took the case and went to work the very next day I got a phone call from him asking me what could I afford to pay every month for the back rent I told him and he made the arrangement with my landlords lawyer and they agreed and if they didn't he had another way I could keep my house no matter what and I was fine with the other way as well but my landlord agreed to the first option and that was perfect and I was able to afford to do the agreements and everyone was in agreement with the payment arrangement. I made every payment on time everything was amazing this law firm works with you and the lawyer fee was more then reasonable. I recommend this law firm I give him 5 stars. When a person can take control of ur situation that is out of your control and put you at ease so ur stress can go away thats what you need and this law firm did just that.

Take your legal concerns elsewhere. Sloppy office work will be the first indication. Then comes the good ole run around once you request an itemized billing statement. “You don’t wanna see the itemized bill” in other words, My thumb spent hours in copy paste mode filing the same document three to four times due to sloppy office work. The client, YOU, will pay for Luttrell’s lucrative sloppy office work. And hey, if you get lucky, Luttrell will even intimidate your 76yo mom when she says she will write a review like I just did. Take your legal concerns elsewhere.

The most unprofessional legal experience in 30 years. Lawrence is an unorganized mess. He was hired to send a simple demand letter and his office screwed it up so bad it was embarrassing. Imagine sending a demand letter with dates in it that had already passed.... That's what he did. The worst part is he made no attempt to fix his mistake or refund the money he had already been paid. He simply stopped taking our calls and we had to hire a new attorney. Anyone who wants full details, feel free to contact me. Will be filing an ethics claim with the state. Stay away from this office.
