While Ed is VERY busy, he ALWAYS had time to respond to my calls, texts and emails. Ed made the whole Chap 7 filing pain free and as easy as can be. During the course of my legal matter, he proved to be highly knowledgeable, always available to counsel and answer questions (By operating in concert with his client’s schedule, not his). Mr. Vaisman makes certain he is available even after business hours (Via Office Telephone, Personal Cell and E-mail). Mr. Vaisman is a notable attorney who is capable of delivering personalized service to each of his clients; not the usual Another-Case-On-The-Calendar approach. In addition to explaining and exhausting every possible (and best) option (and exploring reach one), he is also an effective negotiator when a legal matter involves multiple and uncooperative parties such as banks and/or their legal representative.
