Serious lawyer , professional and very efficient, I'm really happy with my results she walked me through my process really smoothly and with excellent results, thanks to her my ex wife is not abusing me anymore and I have now the same rights with my daughter .

We hired this lawyer to represent us in our case with our landlord with our serious mold and flooding issue. This lawyer sent a letter to our landlords lawyer who did not reply. After that this lawyer simply dropped our case and informed us that she can not represent us anymore. Waste of money waste of time. We do not recommend this law firm.

Meghan was very detailed and explained things extremely well. I also felt she was reasonable and took the time to talk to me and clearly explained my options. I highly recommend Meghan!!!!!

I recently hired Miss Gulczynski for an issue with a tenant. She took my case very seriously, was very responsive to my numerous questions and requests for information and kept me informed about my best options as the case was developing. She was very open and upfront about her fees and made the process of working with her very easy. She won my case and I would work with her in the future without hesitation.

Ms. Gulczynski did an amazing job on our home closing. She was very knowledgeable and made sure we were covered against anything that could go wrong. She was extremely responsive to all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable during what is usually a very stressful experience. We were kept in the loop at every turn and she explained every document, response, and letter to us before she sent anything out. I highly recommend Ms. Gulczynski and will definitely retain her services going foward.

Meghan did a horrible job at representing me on a landlord-tenant case and effectively lost me my case. She did not make me feel comfortable and was not organized enough to write down the details of my case. Throughout the months that I worked with her; leading up to, during and after the trial, she failed to give me clear information. She did not tell me what to anticipate during the trial, did not cross-exam the person that I was suing, and failed to give me options following the case. When I lost the case, she rubbed it in my face that I chose to use certain documentation and told me that the only option that I had was to settle out of court. She also was extremely difficult to get in touch and did not return my phone calls. It seems like her office was too swamped with cases that she did not have an adequate amount of time to work on mine. I would never again choose to work with Meghan.

I've been very happy with her deep and at-the-ready knowledge of landlord and tenant law; and I've appreciated her patience in hearing out my issues fully before giving me sound, and often very practical, advice. She is trustworthy and professional; and for me it has been reassuring to have her working on my side. In my particular case, Meghan has explained to me my various legal rights; worked on important letters; explained statutes; and walked me through me how and when to act and negotiate with my opposing party. She's also been quick and responsive when I've called her for strategy or advice. It also has become clear to me that Meghan benefits greatly from years of experience in her field; it shows.

After a few searches on google, Meghan's practice came up so I took a chance and gave them a call and was directed to Meghan, given her expertise in what I needed. Even though my situation did not command very high fees, Meghan was still very helpful in explaining the appropriate procedures to take and was extremely responsive. It was clear she has had a lot of experience and takes a very methodical and prudent approach to cases that she takes on. After 1-2 months of engagements, my situation was resolved efficiently. Throughout the process Meghan provided excellent advisory services and was available to discuss my case at any moment. Hopefully I will not require many legal services in the future but if I do, I would absolutely explore Meghan's ability to provide such services to me as I was very impressed and satisfied with my experience with her.
