Eric is an honest attorney. That is most important. Also, he will work things out for you in an honest way and do his best. I had a crooked attorney before this so Eric had to help straighten things out for me and he did with the criminal matter of an auto accident. He got me into PTI after I was rejected when working with the other attorney and also worked on the expungement. My husband had an AOS (I-485&I-130)case with USCIS. We had an interview in August 2021 and it didn't get approved. The interview went wrong.We were told that they will need REF otherwise the case will be denied. We didn't have a lawyer at that time and we decided to get one since the case got complicated. We started googling and we found Mr Eric Mark office. We decided to go with him because he has great reviews and cause we called his office around 4pm and we were able to get an appointment with him the next day at 10am. Mr Eric Mark helped us with the RFE USCIS requested and also with I-601 extreme hardship. We couldn't do that ourselves. He also helped my husband with his EAD and advance parole renewal which went through. Few months later he sent the I-601 uscis approved it. Following that on May 18, 2022 my husband Green Card got approved. We couldn't ask for more. It was overwhelming!! Now we are both discharged from that stress and we sleep better😊 My husband who now has a GreenCard can finally apply for some jobs he couldn't and he can apply for Financial aid to finish his degree.
