You should hire Nicholas and his firm to represent you. My wife and I have worked with them through 3 home purchases / sales. In that process we hit complications like his firm had never encountered before. One of which was a buyer cancelling, without penalty on the day of closing. You have no idea what kind of stress that will bring to your life. If it were not for The Cherami Law Firm, I have no idea how we would've gotten through it. Their calm, intelligent and reassuring manor helped us close in the most efficient manner. I highly recommend them.

Excellent white-glove legal service for real estate. We've contracted with Nick on several real estate ventures (buying and selling). He seems always available, works late, emails with diligence and has a good sense of humor about him which of course helps when things get insane. But his fees are reasonable and we'd recommend him in a heartbeat and work with him again happily!

I have worked with Attorney Mr Cherami a handful of times and have had a pleasant and professional experience. He would be a great pick to work with.

Would strongly not recommend. They were sloppy in handling paperwork / being attentive to detail. From the initial contact with seller's attorney, in which they wrote his name wrongly twice (after I had pointed it out), to closing, in which they did not catch an error in calculation. I caught the error after closing and asked that they reach out to seller to try to remedy the situation (a few hundred dollars to my disbenefit). They agreed but have since been unresponsive and absolutely not helpful. If you are serious about your real estate investments, take your business elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of working with Nick from Cherami Law Firm on the purchase of a new condominium project unit in Jersey City. I was the mortgage lender, and it was a very difficult loan. We ran into numerous obstacles throughout the process, but Nick responded immediately throughout the entire process and went above and beyond his duties to help gett it done on time.
