I needed to hire a lawyer when selling my condo during the COVID-19 pandemic. Laura was a dream work with, efficient and nimble with dealing with remote approvals and signatures. As a first time seller, I appreciated her counsel and guidance as we navigated through to closing. Laura was a great advocate for me, and ensured that I was protected during the entire process. From pushing back on buyer requests to negotiating details of the offer, she was a dream to work with. From offer to closing, everything was done within 45 days and was incredibly fast and efficient. Plus, she's a lovely person to work with!

The service we received from Laura was at the level you would expect from a lifetime family friend. The speed, professionalism and expertise she exhibited was fantastic. The real-estate deal she represented us for was hit with issue after issue from the other party and she was able to calmly advise and address every one of those issues. She is irresponsible attorney. I'm trying to buy property, we talked through everything on the phone and with her confirmation I had the seller's attorney send over the sales contract and no response from her then. A week later, she emailed me back and said she can not take my case, that made me waste a lot of time in the transaction.
